Banana Chocolate Chip "Ice Cream" Bites

Ingredients

6 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

¾ cup mini chocolate chips, divided

Directions

Place frozen bananas in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in ½ cup of chips.

Grease mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Scoop the banana ice cream into each cup, until almost full.  Sprinkle with remaining chips.

Freeze for I hour.

Remove bites from tray and thaw a few minutes before eating.
