Why a women's club?
Not to exclude the wonderful men in our lives, but we want to talk freely amongst ourselves! To share with like-minded women, who are facing similar struggles and challenges. To exchange thoughts, ideas, and stories in a safe and comfortable space. To feel the support and encouragement of a group of women unified for the same goal--improving our health and wellness! Plus, we achieve success quickly and effortlessly when we work with others, rather than going it alone.
Why focus on wellness?
Everyone has a body that is in need of care! Given our hectic lives, we often neglect our most prized possessions! If we wish to "live long and prosper," the upkeep of our bodies needs to become a priority! The bottomline is that if we aren't proactively taking care of our bodies, we'll be forced to take action later, when, unfortunately, our health has taken a negative turn. Self-care is vital now!
What will be discussed?
Our focus will be on the 6 areas of body health: eating, resting, moving, relaxing, socializing, and creating. However, the specific topics will be chosen by you! By having the group members select the subject matter, the discussions will be more meaningful and relevant to our current health situations. We will gain insights, information, and tips about wellness issues that can easily be applied to our daily lives.
How often will we meet?
Consistency is key! Having a set day and time to meet each month helps us incorporate self-care into our daily routines. In fact, I hope our monthly gatherings become a special "me time" that you treasure and look forward to attending! We will meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm Eastern. Additional offerings and events will be available each month, such as challenges, journaling, book reading, guest speakers, demonstrations, etc. Let me know what activities you're interested in doing and what best supports your health aspirations, and we'll include those in our time together as well!
Why a membership group?
In other words, why is there a cost to join? The answer: this is meant to be an exclusive group. A group for women who are seeking to imporve their health, and who desire the support and encouragement from women on the same health-enriching journey. And, by paying a monthly fee, you are more committed, more accountable, and, therefore, more apt to achieve your health goals. Plus, as the health coach and group facilitator, I want to provide a quality experience that will be enjoyable and beneficial! The fee helps me cover my planning costs and keeps my health coaching business running!
How will I improve my personal care?
First, you will complete a self-assessment to determine how well you are caring for your body. The results will help you identify the areas that are in need of improvement. You will then activate your self-care plan using my signature "BOOST and BENEFIT Method!" My step-by-step system will effortlessly guide and enhance your body-care practices, and keep you in a mindset that supports your wellness. Tracking charts, lists of self-care boosters, and other resources will be provided.
