Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

·       1/2 banana (optional frozen)

·       1 cup frozen blueberries

·       1/2 frozen strawberries

·       1/2 cup spinach or collard greens

·       + 1 cup coconut milk

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.

Notes

Individual servings can be prepped ahead of time and frozen in freezer bags.

Note that ingredients should be washed, peeled and cubedprior to freezing. 

The cup of milk does not get added into the freezer bag.
