Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Place bananas and avocados into a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and vanilla, and blend until thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide into four single-serve cups.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
