Ginger Snap Cookie Steamer

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Light Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Molasses
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • Coconut Whipped cream, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium pot on medium/low heat until warm and steamy. If you have a frothing wand, you can use that too.

  2. Divide between 2 cups. Top with coconut whipped cream and SLURP!

Notes

If you have a blender with a soup setting, you can use that too!
