Honey Garlic Dijon Broiled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the salmon skin side down and salt and pepper the top.
  2. In a small bowl mix the olive oil, Dijon Mustard, honey, garlic, parley and thyme. Spread evenly over the salmon.
  3. Broil on the center rack about 6 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
