Marinated Vegetable Salad

Prep Notes
Plan and prep ahead as veggies need to marinate for at least 3 hours.
Yields
8-10 servings
Ingredients
8 -10 cups of mixed broccoli florets, cauliflower florets and carrot sticksĀ
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup avocado oil
1 Tb dill weed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
Add vegetables and toss.
Refrigerate for several hours or even better overnight!
Toss before serving.
Enjoy!
