Peach Sorbet

Ingredients

3 peaches, peeled if desired, diced and frozen, or 2 cups (16 oz bag) of frozen sliced peaches

1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk

2 Tb raw honey

1 Tb fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Process until smooth, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a container and place in the freezer to harden for 30 minutes.

Notes

Substitute the peaches for a mixed berry blend or just with strawberries.
