Sardine Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines, in olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado; peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 10 olives, any variety
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Pour balsamic vinegar into bottom of large bowl.
  2. Add lettuce, cucumber, avocado and olives to bowl.
  3. Open can of sardines.
  4. Pour entire contents of sardine can into bowl, over other ingredients.
  5. Add salt, to taste.
  6. Toss all ingredients together.
  7. Plate and serve.
