16 oz jar salsa verde
1. Add the chicken to the slow cooker. Cover chicken with salsa verde and cook on low for 5 hours.
2. Shred the chicken with two forks.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve over rice or in a lettuce wrap.
