Ingredients
4 apples
1/4 cup almond flour
1/8 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs clarified butter
honey for drizzling
Directions
- Core and chop apples into cubes.
- Place apples in the bottom of slow cooker and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- In a small bowl mix the almond flour, slivered almonds, and coconut until well combined.
- Add butter to mixture and blend together until it becomes crumbly.
- Top the apples with the mixture and slow cook for 2-3 hours on high setting.
- Scoop apples crisp onto plates and drizzle with honey.
