4 cups
2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1 can coconut milk
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced and frozen
2-3 Tbs pure maple syrup
1. Add bananas and coconut milk to food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add strawberries and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into an airtight, freezer-friendly container and place in freezer. Freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring once every hour for the first few hours.
4. Enjoy immediately! If freezing over night, thaw for 15 minutes before scooping.
