2 cups almond milk
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (or to taste)
pinch of black pepper and cayenne pepper
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
3. Enjoy! Stir your beverage as you drink it as the spices will settle to the bottom.
Turmeric may stain cups and countertops. It is not harmful and will eventually fade.
