10 large Brussels sprouts, cut in half
5 slices of nitrate-free bacon, cut into fourths
salt and pepper to taste (omit pepper for AIP)
1. Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Roll each Brussels sprout in a quarter slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick and place on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until bacon reaches the desired crispness.
