Rainbow Fruit Skewers

Ingredients

1 cup each of your favorite fruits (berries, kiwi, apples, grapes, melon, etc) cut into equal-sized chunks

6-10 wooden skewers

Easy Lemon Fruit Dip (see recipe)

Directions

1.  Thread the chunked fruit onto the wooden skewers.  Place fruit in patterns or randomly! 

2.  Arrange fruit skewers on platter.

3.  Serve with "Easy Lemon Fruit Dip"
