Sauteed Apples and Pecans

Directions

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the pecans. And cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the apples, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Cook for about 10 minutes until apples have softened.
  3. Add vanilla at the end. Mix everything together one last time and serve.
