Here are some tips for experiencing new foods. Keep an open mind and palate when experimenting new tastes and textures. The flavors may be unfamiliar, so give them a chance!
1. Try new foods multiple times to allow your taste buds time to adjust.
2. Prepare the new food differently each time, for example, steam broccoli, then roast it, then serve it raw with dip, etc.
3. Go outside your comfort zone. Challenge yourself to go beyond canned foods.
4. Eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables.
5. Have fruits and veggies chopped and ready for grab and go snacking.
